I'm looking into buying a iTGB license and one question is bugging me. On the product site it is mentioned that in order to run it on iPhone you need version 2.2. Does it work with iPhone SDK version 3.0 out-of-the-box? If not out of the box, can it be compiled to work with 3.0? I'm pretty new with the iPhone platform, so some clarification if possible would be great :).
Also a question for people who already have access to Apple developer site (i.e. iPhone SDK), can the SDK version 2.x still be downloaded from Apple (like I said I'm pretty new to this) ?

Of course you still get SDK 2.x. The 3.0 SDK can actually make binaries which won't work in 2.x, even if you don't use new features. The 3.0 SDK doesn't include the ability to even publish to a 2.x device reliably (it might upload, occasionally).
Apple still link to older major versions of SDKs for a while after release of a new version, and since OS 3.0 is a paid upgrade for iPod touch users, you are very likely to have many potential users who won't upgrade to 3.0, ever.
