Bulletholes/exit wounds

Hello.

I was just wondering, would it be possible to create some sort of physical exit wound on models. Like Soldier of Fortune 1 where you shot people in the head and the back sort of flew out, and then make it dynamic.

maybe also making it possible to cut things up/over with an axe/knife.

I know physX has these capabilities to a point. Whether or not they're implemented successfully in torque...I don't know, but I think physX is a good place to start
