How long is the upgrade from TGE to TGEA only gonna cost $145.00?

you should be able to upgrade form tge to tgea any time you want its been like that for years now so don't think its going any time soon. :P

Yep, been that way for a while now, years even. My guess is that the upgrade pricing will be in place so long as TGE is still being offered even if it is hidden.

We have no specific plans of how long the update will last. I can tell you it will last at least as long as the Torque 3D preorder. But as mentioned before, it will likely last much longer than that.
