GuiObject Help Please

Can anyone explain to me why when I use a GuiObjectView I can't resize or do anything with it. What I mean by that is it is making it look like a picture in picture. I want to be able to resize the window and lose the outer picture so all I can see is my PC. Can anyone please help?
