torsion-problems setting up a new project

i downloaded torsion from your web site just trying to get it to work im haveing a lil trouble i am a bigginer i also had trouble down loading TGB it would not down load only got to 94% and i tryed down loading it 3 times can you help me my email is markbingham2000@hotmail.com your reply would be grateful my name is mark wilson
