VC Express 2005 is now Gone.. Can't reinstall TX3D with VC 2008

Microsoft has discontinued C# 2005 Express. I upgraded my OS and downloaded C# 2008 but now TX3D won't re-install.. Is there a way around this?

    Click where says /version final en ingles. I don't know how many time still there.
