What's Ozo Interactive up to?

A while back Ozo Interactive popped up with some (I think) former Dynamix guys besides the GG crew. One of the engines they were testing was Torque, and they were working on a scifi combined arms game.

Their website is still up, but it hasn't been updated in a while and there's been no more information elsewhere about them or the game.

Anyone know what's happening?
