What happened to the exporter download page?

Well? Where did it go? All the links I could find are broken..

I am using Max Design 2009. I got the 2009 exporter, but it only had the one file in it: max2dtsExporter.dle
I stuck that in my plugins folder and launched Max. I went to customize-> Plug-in Manager... and verified the plugin did load.
Then I go to Customize-> Customize User Interface-> Toolbars
I scroll through the list, but I see NOTHING with "Max", "DTS", or "Torque" on it... there used to be one with the "Torque" name and logo on it and I would drag/drop that to my main UI toolbar to open the exporter utility. I would use that utility to automatically setup the shapes with bounding boxes, hierarchy, the works, all in like 2 clicks...
I can't find the utility anywhere... a little help please?
