Basically remove current rig, re-export with kork rig and then it will work.

I think there is a exporter built into milkshape or some indication of a dts animation section somewhere in the export process.
Have you got milkshape?

The animations within the supplied ninja model are already rigged and exported so in order to use with kork animations you would need to detach the mesh from the rig in supplied file and then bring on top of the kork rig in milkshape/max/maya/whatever and reexport it to suit the kork rig. Basically remove current rig, re-export with kork rig and then it will work.

You possibly contact that psionic3d guy and get the 3ds or obj file. Otherwise you will have to dig it out in milkshape or blitz3d.

My guess is that has been constructed in milkshape but there is a .b3d file in the folder that is most likely using Blitz3d. As long you get one of them you could do something with it but you must first get the model separate and then re-export it on top of the kork rig to use animations. You possibly contact that psionic3d guy and get the 3ds or obj file. That is the only possibility as it is the only model file provided.
