Is TXB compatible with Visual C# Express 2K8?

I looked at the system requirements for TXB and this is what I've found:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows-Based Computer
Minimum Requirements
1.0 GHz processor
512 MB RAM (1 GB recommended for Vista)
Windows XP or Vista with latest service packs Microsoft XNA Game Studio 3.0
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/Visual C# Express 2008
Video card supporting DirectX 9.0c and Shader Model 1.4
Recommended Requirements
2.0 GHz processor or better
1 GB RAM
nVidia or ATI accelerated 3D video card
XNA Creator's Club Membership
XNA Creator's Club membership is required to run your Torque X games on an Xbox 360, but not required to use Torque X on a PC.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I meet all of these requirements. However, when I try to install TXB it asks for Visual C# Express 2005 and not Visual C# Express 2008.
I downloaded Visual C# Express 2005 and installed TXB. The problem then was that when I tried to create a Torque X game, VC#2k5 gave me an error message having to do with the project file.
I have the .NET Framework updated up to 3.5 SP1.
Let me know if you have any suggestions; this is quite frustrating.
