Hey, does the TGE SDK version 1.2.5 that i downloaded come with the actuall TGE engine?

Yes. Look in the engine directory, there will be a bunch of sub directories and 800-900 source code files.

lol all versions of TGE are the same they if one comes with it then they all come with it. you should read what these engines come with be for ordering it will say it all there.
