I’m right now working on trying to add a switching from blue covered skybox to space sky box when a player flies a set height above the terrain.
One solution I thought about as a work around was to have the skybox in my world map be set to a space vista, then using a water element placed high above the terrain and have its bottom underwater texture that the player would be looking up at the water block above be set to show a blue sky then when the players flies up and through the water block one would be able to see the maps space skybox above and have the surface of the water block below the players show the just the terrain and no water. Then I could add drifting clouds as a seperare element.
What do you guys think of this concept I want to know what you guys think?
