Looking for team to make a 2D RPG

I am currently working on a 2D platform RPG and i'm in need of concept artists, pixel artists (urgently), programmers and musicians. I realise this kind of project would need a buget but unfortunately i cannot pay for now. If the game is good enough expect a good retribution.
