ByteEye still looking for a few more

I'm the Executive Manager for ByteEye Entertainment LLC, our previous post snagged us a few great members and I'm hoping to add a few more.

I'm looking for a few dedicated, entry level people that want to learn and plan on breaking the ice of this market with us. I still need someone skilled with Databases at least one 2D artist (mostly for GUI), and a 3D artist, specifically an animator.

Our company is showing a lot of promise and our current project will soon go into Alpha testing phase. That being said, it's our first project, which also means we don't have the money to pay anyone salary right off the bat. With all of our employees we keep a very accurate work count of how much they contribute to our projects and upon release the profits will be divided appropriately.

We've put together a great team and we have a lot of fun in addition to making great games. Check out our website at www.byteeye.com

I kinda stole this from my wife's post...but hey it still works! :P

We are in Jacksonville, NC unless you want to work online

It doesn't matter what skill level you are currently. If you want to learn and really want to do it.. We have a room full of books that we can lock you in until you come out with the skills you want.

You get to decide what you want to do and how much, we are currently keeping track of hours so once a product is released you get what you earned.

You can take part in the creativity and direction of current projects and future ones.

You can be creative and decide what we will be doing next.

You can decide not be creative and just be given things to do from the mundane to advanced work but be part of a fun team.

Be able to play with and work on what ever equipment or software we can get our hands on.

If your an artist you get the added bonus of a small party in your honor at a strip club of your choice in town.

Work with people with odd senses of humor and if your weird you'll be fine.

Play lots of LAN parties

Casual and mellow working atmosphere.

Also feel free to email me if you have questions. If you're interested please fill out the application on our website along with your email to me. Thanks!

I have no idea what your project is, nor do I know anything else about what your group is doing. But, you and your wife have very engaging / fun personalities which will take you far. I wish you guys well.

Web design we don't need right now, but perhaps later. Ryan, send an email to Andrew (emerald@byteeye.com) with your resume and some examples of your work if possible and if you're still interested.
