Max exporter bounding boxes

Is there a tutorial on how to export a basic shape with max to dts. I have the working exporters, i just need to know what to do. It says no bounding box found.

what version of max are you using ? ..and what version of the exporter are you using ? ..where did you place the dle file ?

I am using the latest version, i am using the exporter from http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/DTS/FeatureChart I placed in STDplugs

put it in plugins
(this shouldn't matter really but I have never tried to place it into stdplugins because I was never instructed to do so)

Ok, no error appeared this time. Do i extract the zip? and if i do or don't, how do i access the export.

you open the zip, find the exporter you need and place it into the plugins folder.

If this is not what you're referring to...then please start being specific. This obscure conversation is running long when it could have been done in 1 reply. Just give me information and I will sort you out. Specifics plz.
