Error Purchasing TGEA Upgrade

Wasn't sure where to place this so I though I would just put it in the TGEA section and hope an employee finds it.
I just tried to upgrade from TGE to TGEA for ($145) and during the checkout it came up with an error saying "Error: The transaction could not be processed, please try again later"
Any idea why it's doing this? I know my card works because it's the same card I used back when I purchase TGE and yes I do have money in my account. In fact over the required ammount.
