Flying Vehicles are Broken

Ok, is anyone using these successfully on the latest head?
I've been messing with the script and values like mad
but I cannot get it to yaw as well there are other major problems as, hitting anything crash's with scene object not in bins .. this is all related im sure to the conflict between SceneObject's Positional information and the Rigid State used by the vehicle

hmm crazy .. I'm gonna have to re-tweak my values ..
