Helo there:
I started a little company (by now, I'm the only one working on it, :P) and I'm want to make 3D games using TGE (in the future I will port them to iPhone), I have indie license for TGB and Torque X Pro, but now, I want to start making 3D games.
My question is, for selling games branded with my little company name and indie license, can I use my current GarageGame account for buy it and sell games like [COMPANY NAME] [GAME NAME] or I need to create a new GarageGame account and name It [COMPANY NAME]??
Thanks for your help.
PD: Can I sell games like [COMPANY NAME] [GAME NAME] using my current TGB and TorqueX Pro indie licenses?

By now (or for any time soon) I'm the only one in te company, so, I will the only one using the TGE license. But, if I hire someone, he will need a license with his own account or I need to buy other license with my account??Thanks.

One advantage to having a commercial license is this restriction is taken away: a license is owned by the company, and therefore, can be transferred from person to person. However, for your needs, it is much cheaper to just buy copies of the engine for individual programmers.

If you hire someone, he will need to set up his own account and buy an indie version of the engine in his name. The indie versions of our engines are tied to individuals, and as such, an individual can install it on as many of their machines as they wish. However, only the licensed individual is allowed to use the engine. One advantage to having a commercial license is this restriction is taken away: a license is owned by the company, and therefore, can be transferred from person to person. You will only need to upgrade to a commercial license if your company makes more than $250,000 in annual revenue. And if your games are that successful, you need to get back on touch with me for a developer interview! ^_^
