TDN not logging me in

I own Torque 1.8 and I've tried countless times to log into the TDN. But it keeps telling me I need to log in. When I do log in, again, cause I'm already logged in, it tells me my user name is being used. What gives!!!!! This is getting to be too much of a pain. I suppose if I wanted a refund that would be asking for too much. Cause so far I haven't had anything but headaches with this engine.
