Cant download Graphics? help please

I bought a new Graphics kit from the dev store here in TGB and it told me thanks for purchasing then when I wen to download it it didnt work . I went to my account and clicked download nothing happend I when to finder in my mac and looked under downloads.... nothing. SO how do I get them? I also looked in TGB and still cant find it please help me.

What graphics kit did you purchase? Maybe they want you to do a 'save as'? Anyways, you might also be better off asking the company that sold the kit to you. However, someone else that has the kit will know more then me, so I suggest asking the company & continuously checking this thread.

Also I have sent a email off to GG and no reply yet so I wanted to get dome feedback from people how have had this issue so I thought I would go ahead and post
