I was wondering if you could do 2D on TGE.

I am pretty sure it is possible. I do not own TGE but if you have the source you should be able to configure it to give the 2D touch in it.

I plan on buying TGE soon (I know it is old but it is still good), once I buy it we can work together on how to do it :D.

I have TGE 1.4.2. I plan on making a somewhat cartoonish 3d look. The older engines are perfect for this. TGEA and T3D sound like good engines, however, what I have now will do. I estimate I'm maybe 1/25 the way on my game.

I have a few question for you, do you have MSN? If you do add me, HiRarcky@hotmail.com

Here is one question just in case you don't have it:

What modeling tool do you use?

No to MSN.

I use Blender 3D.

Sorry. I am working on a project at the moment. However, if your just getting TGE, I recommend learning the engine, and working on a project of your own, too :)

I know the engine, I have used the demo and learned quite a lot of it, but I chose to buy TGB Because I like the way it can be changed around in the source. :D Good luck on your project.
