for my starting game (Torque Game Builder), i would like to buy some 2D characters with movements.

i don't know how or where to buy this animations, please your recommendations.

You need to learn. And especially for a starting game, just see what your capable of at the moment. I wouldn't recommend going out and paying top dollar for a starting game.
