possible to make Sci-Fi RTS with TGEA?

Hey i was wondering if it was possible to make a Sci-Fi/Space RTS with TGEA instead of TGE?

If you can make it with TGE, you can make it with TGEA. That said, it won't necessarily be easy. There's an RTS starter kit around here that might be helpful, though I don't know if it's available for TGEA.
