Have you read the documentation that comes with the exporter? You need 'detail' numbers on your meshes to render. The exporter also comes with example files, these should demonstrate how to prepare a Scene for export, in fact several types of features have example files. There are not many descriptions about what you actually did to get your results.

Are your textures in the same folder as your model?

Yes i do have a the textures in the same folders.
I downloaded Milkshape 1.8.4 and the exporter was already together with it.
I didn't need to download something

Okay...next step is to find out if your bitmap is a power of 2 size, this is usually where the texture goes wrong in an instance like this, or unless you're using a format of bitmap, TGE doesn't read....

By default, all meshes upon export with the DTSPlus! exporter[not just DTSexporter...there are two in the Menu listing], are given a 'detail' number to help avoid this; however, the 'stock' DTSexporter does NOT do this...so you shape will not render since it has no 'details' to tell the engine when to render it...IE{pixel Height on screen}.

More in the way of steps you took will help 'us' help 'you' work thru this. There is nothing 'wrong' with the exporter, sorry, this sounds like 'operator error'...especially if you are new to exporting for TGE/DTS/DSQ...

Alright. so the textures have to be BMP. well i think thats fixed then cause i had jpg. Then i got 2 exporters DTS Plus and Normal DTS.
So which one to use then? If you already said it. srry for not understanding.

And Thanks!

Hm....when I speak of 'bitmap' I am not refering the BMP format, I'm speaking of the 'general' texture 'bitmap'....

I am not certain, but TGE will only read a few 2D image formats....you'll have to check to see which are supported. Pretty certain, the engine does a search for them...I think they're only .JPG/.PNG/ and perhaps .BMP, but that's where I'm not 100% certain.

Try converting you image file[power of 2], to a .JPG format, see what happens.

I always use the DTSPlus! exporter....look for the "Plus!" after DTS...don't use the 'stock' exporter GG provided; as it's not even close to as robust as Chris R.'s version.....

Try this. Some tutorials that might help...a good place to start for exporting directions, alpha and LOD...

Edit:
Dang link doesn't work...you can search: "LOD Milkshape Trees" to get the GG resource or get them off my webpage here.

Edit:
ERRRR!!!! Still doesn't work...wtf...
