Help With Character Export

Hi everyone.

I'm having a REALLY hard time trying to export this free model I found:

I'm using 3DS Max with the appropriate exporter. I'm using Torque ShowTool 1.04e.

I've followed (I'm pretty sure) the video tutorials from devjana.com and yet I can't seem to get this right into Torque.

I've followed the directions about setting up the bounds box, about making sure it's facing the y-axis, about making the sequences and setting their animations in the curve editor. I've done the whole thing about renumbering and then embedding the shapes and then exporting the whole shape.

What I get is a huge scale of this model in Torque ShowTool with it's texture but I can't animate it. Then, we I get it into wireframe tool with the SAME .dts, it animates the various different sequences. I can't get both the texture and the animation working though. Also, when I try to load this .dts into Torque through the world editor, nothing shows up - just this huge empty bounds box.

PLEASE HELP.

I've been looking through as many tutorials as possible and I can't get this working. If you can help me with this, then I would be extremely grateful and would try to find some way of compensating you.

Can you upload your Max scene and a few screenshots of what's going on? I have a few suggestions but cannot spend a good half hour throwing out ideas for you to try out, so having you upload this stuff will greatly help narrow down the issue.
