Help in Exporting skinned character with translucency parts to TGEA

hello,
I'm curently using 3ds max 2009 to export my character to dts, but everytime I try to export it with more than the default detail2, i get a 0k file...
i've tried using multires but still the same outcome. my flow chart is exactly as it looks in the tutorials.
