Vista / TGB Problems with GUI - Solution

Hi,
Not sure if this will help anyone else, but I've been having an issue with TGB and Vista, where when I resized the window of the editor everything would get stretched and the buttons wouldn't respond to clicks any more. As long as I didn't resize the window I was fine.
I tried turning off Aero and running TGB in compatability mode with various settings based on advice from the forums, but this didn't work. Finally, switching from DirectX to OpenGL in the preferences did the trick.
I've been looking for a solution to this problem for a while so I figured I'd pass it on to save anyone with a similar issue some time.
Thanks

I'm also on an ATI video card, running TGB in OpenGL mode in windows vista, i hope they make a solution asap. Or if anyone know a way to solve this i would be grateful, ty.

Yeah i have the same problem when resizing, buttons go at weird places and all that, they become unclickable but i can click of them if i click below them, it is as if the graphics moves up but logically the buttons remain in the correct places. It is very annoying indeed.I'm also on an ATI video card, running TGB in OpenGL mode in windows vista, i hope they make a solution asap. Or if anyone know a way to solve this i would be grateful, ty.

Seems to be a common issue with ATI users. I had to change the settings to D3D and it fixed the issues.
