Required Nodes & Armatures for a wheeledVehicle?

Ok. I am using Blender. The latest version, I believe. I also have the latest exporter. What is required to make the vehicle to be able to work in Torque? What order must the nodes be in, what must they be named, and the same with armatures. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also. This may be a little bit off topic, but... How much polygons should a vehicle be? I still am going to need roads, buildings, highways, the player, AI vehicles, and I expect the game to turn multiplayer within a year.

I am basically going to recreate a city. Full of civilians, enviromental scenery, buildings, and of course, mission scenery for the missions you can do.
