Two question on ZBillboards

Hi, I have 2 questions on ZBillboards that I hope somebody can provide some insight (and save me some testing time in the process). I'm going to test anyway... just wanted to preview the results.
a. Z billboards by definition are always vertical, that is, billboard Z axis is parallel to the world Z axis. If you rotate the model left or right so that the object Z azis is not aligned to the world Z, will the ZBillboard Z axis keep parallel to the world ZAxis?
b. I heard that ZBillboards cannot be scaled... can anybody confirm this? I want to mount model with a Z billboards onto other model so that it moves and scales with the parent. Will this work?
