[Solved] Submitting a post for stickydom

So I've had this post I've been using as advice for those posting the MMO jobs, and after being told that it's resource-worthy I figure that maybe it's a candidate for being a sticky in the Jobs/Teambuilding section, or wherever applicable under a "Want to make an MMO? Read this!" type title.
Who should I email to take a look at it and make the official decision?
