I've been away for a while, and back then we had more sub-forums...
I would like to avoid double threads and to place my questions on right place, so where the heck should I post programming-specific question?

Perhaps I'm dumb and cannot see the obvious.

They should go in the private forums for the product that you are asking questions about. When you click on the forums, you should see the list of private forums available.

If I have general programming or language specific question, should I go to Technical issues?
