dts to dif.. problems

Hello everyone!
I have a lot of dts models(buildings etc.) and one big problem:) We make new mission(night race) and night with dts looks poor. Dts models don't have lightmaps.
My question: is there a easy way to convert dts models to dif?
I tryed export max models to csx(with Max2Ctr script) and I also tryed import static dts models in Constructor. My result: some poligons are missing, some uv are broken... my nerve are broken too:D
Maybe someone have tested pipeline/workflow how convert dts models to difs? Thanks for help!

Another question(about count of brushes). For example: I have simple box in two models.
Model#1- simple box. Whole box is 1 brush.
Model#2- simple box. Every side is another brush(6 brushes).
This is only example. My question: Model#2 will render longer? I think that more brush mean more complex structure of model. Thanks for all advice!

Thanks for your reply. I see now my problem. You have right with those red lines. I will try divide my models for Convex shapes.Another question(about count of brushes). For example: I have simple box in two models.

Concave shapes will show up in Constructor as RED lines.
Concave shapes will not export to TGEA for DIF applications.
If you have your shapes following Convex builds, and your still not seeing the faces
do a quick select all in Construct and change all the Brushes to detail brushes. Use
the regular Export to Dif.
This is for Shadowed DIFs.
