Looking for team members for a Space shooter/RPG game

We are a team of programmer/artist working on a space shooter/RPG game title. The game designed as a unique mix of space shooter and rpg elements, forming a new gaming experience.
The work on game engine has already been started since the beginning of this year, and now it's in a good and running state. We would like to find more programmers help us with programming various part of the game, and writing some game tools as we are adding more features to the game.
Although we can't provide any payment for the current time, we have plans to commercialize the game sometimes in the future when the game reach a certain state. Therefore we do not expect professionals joining our team, we rather want to see the project as a valuable fun learning experience, sharing knowledge, and teamwork although we also hope to see the game as a commercial product in the future.
Any programmers with moderate knowledge of 3D programming are welcome to join. The game is written using DirectX 8 Graphics API. The same applies for artists, and we are currently using 3d studio max to build in game models.
