When can I post resources again?

I still have a bunch of resources to post, and it seems I can only post 1 per day. I have the following requests:
1. Remove the limit on resource postings. It looks like it was added to stop mega-blogging. But resources are different.
2. If the limit must stay, please lower it. And display how long before you can post again somewhere on the screen.

given the pretty awesome nature of Jaimi's resources, this would be a good thing!

@Ken: Thanks! While you're at it, can you ask them to allow file uploads again? I'd just put them on TDN, but that's locked now also. :(
