Resource posting is super-annoying

I'm trying to post my second resource for today. I take 30 minutes to prepare it - typing it up, adding the links and graphics, etc. - and hit post. Then it goes to a blank page and everything is lost.
Um. OK. I think I learned my lesson. I type it all in again this time saving it in notepad. Spend all the time, again. When I hit post, it says that I can only post one per day, and that I have 19.6 hours left.
It would have been a significantly less frustrating experience if you had told me that before I had typed everything in.

i suspect the reasoning behind this was to limit the number of blog posts a person can make, and resources are technically blog posts and need to have an exception coded in. or something like that.
