is there a TGB book or a pdf tutorial?

either a paid book or a pdf tutorial.

using html is very uncomfortable, i use 2 monitors and i would definately like to have a pdf tutorial 1 one of them while i use torque in the other. i dont like html format to read on my computer, please any help.

I don't think so. I think if you want it in pdf, you would have to convert it yourself.. I could be wrong though. Have you looked at the TGB level editor under help->documentation? That seems kinda pdf-esque. I think it might have tut's in it. I know it has most of the docs there.
