Ignition / ShowToolPro bug on registering

I've bought a TGE license back in october of 2008. By that time GG gave me a bundled ShowTool PRO license/key.

Today (2009-jan-27) I tried to register ShowTool PRO with the given license/key but ignition is reporting problems, as shown bellow, and I cannot register it:

The license/key I'm providing is the one wich appears for ShowTool PRO in my ACCOUNT home on GG website, wich I suppose to be the right one.

One of the issues that came about with the new site was a problem with GG's ignition server. There's a few other threads on it scattered about.

Thanks for the feedback. The offline registration was smooth: it is registered now.

i recently bought the torque for teens book and downloaded all the files. i got the ignition key for the torque constructor but for some reason i can find the key for my torque show tool pro. if someone could help i really appreciate it.

P.s. were is the racing starting kit and what files are you suppose to copy to make (yourname)demo that it keeps asking for?

another thing is that my crate and house wont export to the torque game engine i made them correctly and followed the export procedures but when i begin the export a gray box comes up saying export aborted why is that. if you have had the same problem and found a solution please tell me

ShowTool Pro is included with a full engine license to TGE 1.5. It is not a free product like Constructor.

You can download the full T4T demo version of the engine here. It includes the Starter.FPS and Starter.Racing demos.
