Realtime Strategy TGB game - Not paid

About me:

My dream is to make games. I am an old fart now 33. Got a 1 year old son and am married :) I have been lagging, and been working in IT for so long.. But the reality is games is where my passions lie..2009 is a new year and now I figured I finally decided I just have to complete a cool game project (finally). Then I can sell it for a million dollars..yeah..thats it..(wishful thinking)

Anyways...

I know I need help but that's where u come in? Not paid for now... until we ship it..

The Project

A Casual Strategy game with some RPG elements.

mainly casual. Its very simple as far as graphics and gameplay (think galcon'ish see below). Though eventually it may be a more complex online game. and Finished this year for sure!

Requirements:
- Casual Fast, fun game play
- Real Time Strategy (basics)
- Some RPG elements for Units (hero units, specialized units?)
- single player or possibly multiplayer (if i get help)
- 20-30 levels.
- Components: Players, Worlds, Maps, Bases, Resource, Units, Statics, powers.

Looking for 1-2 Artists and 1-2 Programmers that are serious about completing a game project this year!!! I am a programmer myself.. (c++, torquescript) and will be the main designer and lead (though we can come up with ideas together fo sure)

Honestly I am hoping we can finish up the single player version within 3 months ship it and grow it from there.

Using TGB Standard (Pro eventually).

Lastly only inquire if you are serious and are fired up about this project and its possibilities and can commit 10-20 hours a week to this.

Also we will meet weekly via phone and IM/email a ton!
