Torque 3D Licensing

I was wondering if anyone has seen anything regarding Torque 3D licensing. I'm wondering if GG is going to go the route that iTGB went with the per title license. I hope not...

We won't be told the licensing model until just before release. (an no one knows when that's will be eather)
