Torque Show Tool key problems
by Kyle Gretchev · in Technical Issues · 01/24/2009 (1:37 pm) · 18 replies
I purchased the show tool last week. When I enter the key that is given to me in my account into the tool, it says it is invalid. I emailed Garage Games about this and have received no response thus far.
Is there any way to fix this?

EDIT:
Nevermind, swapping between tabs. I created a new TSP key in your account for you.

I'm having the same problem with Torsion as well, I've had it for 6 months. I think I upgraded it last week, I really need to stop working on things in my sleeep. So now it wants the registration code but won't accept the one issued with my account. Any idea how long the registration server will be down?

Don, go ahead and redownload/reregister with the new key I have put in your My Account page. You should be all set at that point.

We are having the same problem. When we try to register, we get an error message - "there has been an internal server error. please try again later". Has anyone found a way around this????

When I try to register, I am also getting an "invalid key". I've tried the offline registration and it says the same thing. Could someone at GG please find out what the problem is with my key?

Weird. I just added another one. Does that work?

I thought the key would be replaced, not have an additional one added.
the additional key works.
thx
