TerrClipMapImageSource::copyBits

In terrClipMapImageSource.cpp function TerrClipMapImageSource::copyBits we have an S32 clippedRectCount = 0; right before some loops like for(U32 i = 0; i < clippedRectCount; i++).

clippedRectCount is always 0

clipAgainstGrid(mBitmap->getWidth(requestedBitmapMip), srcRegion, clippedRectCount, clippedRects);

That changes the value of clippedRectCount.
