products key of showtool doesn't work after the version changing of the site.

Anyone encountered the same problem? the products key offered in my account just can't work any more. Is it because of the new version of the website? TIA!

Are you CUT-N-PAST ing? That could effect it. Try past to txt file first, then copy that into KEY entry box. If not that, might need to type it in.

I believe this is the same problem that has been affecting Torsion keys too since the site changed. It's not a problem with the key itself:

I hope this gets sorted soon - I just rebuilt my machine and only have 5 days left on the tryout!

Had the same problem since the update of the site. Couldn't find the key anywhere...
Fixed the problem in Vista by going to C:\ProgramData making sure explorer is showing the hidden files and delete the file with filename '{5E70RQU4-N865-6307-D5423453040Q}'.
That way the trail period will be reset to day 1 of 7... :)

We got the problem with the ignition system working, but people who tried registering during the time when it was down may have had their keys corrupted.

@Img-sg: I gave you new Showtool keys. Please reply to this thread if the new keys aren't working for you.
