How do you get help???

#1 well posting the the forum can get you lots of help. right now there is many many problems with the forum so your not going to get help from torque unless its a payment problem. once things get fixed then you can talk to support but there's just to many problems they dealing with right now.

#2 ahhhh...... hrmm.. I just spent almost $2,000 with the. KInda sucks a cant get help.

#3 was it with the bug that when you buy something it will take your money but you don't get the product. so you would like buy the same item like 5 times over as you though it was not charging you but when it was but you did not get the item non of the times you tried.

if its this bug that i am talking about that money has been reverted back to your account and it will take 3-10 days to get back to your bank.

#4 Im not sure if that is it. I have two of the same thing, I only wanted 1. Also I have a problem creating something, I cant figure out whats up with.

#5 hmm maybe a different bug. :P ether way it has to deal with money over all and i cant help with that. :P when did you send the messages if it was today i would wait maybe 2 days for a reply they are booked in mails being sent to them right now.

i not even buying the engine i want yet till they fix allot of the problems they have. i just been working on 3d objects during my wait/talking in these forums.

#6 Hey Allen, I haven't seen a support request from you on this--I did get your accidental forward yesterday, though! ;) I answered some licensing questions for your team. Is it the Stryker that you accidentally purchased twice? That's a duplicate on your account.
