Registration Problems with TGB and Torsion.

I am having problems to register my product TGB and Torsion. In TGB, it says ServerError when I enter key product, and when I do the same thing for Torsion, it says the same thing but it add please try again. I took off firewall, and it keeps giving me the same thing.

Can anyone help me?
