Thread notification is "not right"

My thread notification are coming through but they look like this...(doesn't seem to process HTML or something and no link back)

Someone has made a post on a thread you were watching. <br/>Thread: Can't Access The TDN...?<br/>Author: Bradford<br/><i>Still locked out - is there gonna be an email or something letting folks know when this will be available again?</i>

They used to look like this...

A new post has been uploaded to the thread titled "IPhone dev on Windows - possible?".

@Andy - No, it\\'s not legal. The license for Mac OS X Server will run in a VM, but only if the host machine is a Mac. That is, the \\"Mac only\\" requirement remains, but Server allows you to run multiple instances on a single Mac.

Honestly, I doubt it would even work. Macs do not use the traditional (for PCs) BIOS. They use a different set of firmware called EFI. Last time I checked, only the Mac version of VMWare provides EFI to guest VMs.
