bug: don't have access to private forums associated w/ products i own

my "my products" section lists quite a few products i've purchased,
including my bread and butter: "Torque Game Engine 1.4.2 ".
however in the forums page, "My Products (private forums)" lists only "Torque Game Builder (Private)".
this is my day-to-day forum,
and i would very much like to have access to discussions in it,
as well as post some questions including TGE source code.
as i understand it i'm not the only one with this issue.
any ETA on when folks will have access to the full set of forums associated with the products they've purchased ?

there's to many problems with the new site and they trying to find out whats all wrong and fix the things that are wrong. this is why it took him 5 days to fined that buying items was not working but it took there money still. there's to many tickets to go though i just trying to help him out here some i know whats hes going though. this is why i dont own tgea yet ether as to many problems i am ready to buy it now though but i will wait till things are fixed first.
o and private forums are not working they said they found the problem today and it will be fixed when they fix everything i think they will fix them soon.

edit: hmm looks like you are the one that's reading all these support mails never mind. :P its to hard to remember names and know who is gg worker and who is not with the new forum set up.

This has been fixed for Orion with TGE 1.4.2 and should be fixed for everyone else TGE 1.4.2 as well. We're combing the forums for other forum issues and fixing as we go.
