Where did the Help Wanted/Looking for Work forumns go?

Did GarageGames take it out on the website update? Or is it just harder to find? I was thinking about looking for a job as an artist. Also, this may be out of the scope of the question, but... What web hosters have a low monthly cost hosting fee? I was considering creating a online portfolio for myself.

As for cheap monthly web hosting, try Godaddy.com it's not that bad if you want some bandwidth.
