I'm not able to buy stuff on the new site of garagegames
anyone knows what to do?
btw i want to buy the Combat Starter Kit

Apparently you're supposed to contact GG through the contact form but that seems to serve no purpose what so ever. I've been waiting 3 days and no reply from GG yet. Not even an auto generated reply, nothing. Makes me wonder if i should be doing business with them with this kind of poor customer support

Someone should be getting around to your e-mails and resolving this some time today. If you do not receive a reply by tomorrow, e-mail moderators@garagegames.com with details on the problem.

I think the guys GG are just a little overwhelmed with the number of support requests.

I have been using GG for several years now and this is the first time I have ever had a problem, in general there usually pretty reliable and quick to respond.
