some [new] issues w/ watches

looks like there was a recent change to the new "my watched threads" area.
a few issues w/ the new-new feature:
* it's showing me threads which haven't seen activity for literally eight years.
* the date is word-wrapped
* there's no way to View All Watches or something similar.
