Any good particle tutorials out there? Is it possible to make a fountain like effect?

Hey all, anyone know of any good tutorials? Also, is it possible to have gravity effect the particles and create and effect where they shoot up from one point, spread out and then bounce on the ground?
I think I read that you couldn't get particles to interact with the environment, but couldn't I fake it by getting them to move upwards at certain points?

If you can afford it I highly recommend John K.'s book. The particle effects section was worth the price of the book for me - as it is the most cryptic part or TX for me.

If you expand Torque X 2D then expand Guides there is a whole bunch of stuff about particle effects.

Why are there Torque X 3D tutorials? Are those new and a sign that the 3D tools aren't too far away?

Yeah. They are due to come out with TXB3D when TX 3.0 is released, last I heard. TX 3.0 sounds like it is coming soon, but there's a lot of chaos on this site right now so I don't know know much else.
